Vauxhall Adam gets FlexFix bike provider

The Vauxhall Adam will make its world debut at the Paris motor show in September, as well as it’s been confirmed that the new city cars and truck will function the company’s creative FlexFix built-in bike carrier.
The optional additional – which is already offered in the Vauxhall variety – features a drawer which integrates the rear number plate. When pulled out, the drawer exposes a lockable fold-out bike rack, which enables a bicycle weighing as much as 30kg to be transported.

An extra adaptor can be clipped on to enable one more bike, weighing as much as 20kg, to be carried.
Vauxhall declares that the FlexFix rack needs no additional tools, as well as will still enable gain access to to the boot even when loaded, as the rack tilts to facilitate this.
As it’s an integrated system, the Adam’s auto parking sensors will still operate, too.
Full costs as well as specs, including the expense of the FlexFix bike carrier, will be revealed better to the tiny rival’s UK introduce in early 2013.
